2. Purchases & Downloads

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase
• You receive a personal license for purchased content
• Sharing or redistributing purchased content is prohibited

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (comments, posts, etc.)
• By posting, you grant us a license to display your content on the platform
• Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

4. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise our systems
• Impersonating other users or 155BPM staff
• Posting spam, malware, or malicious content
• Using automated systems to access the platform

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
